All things said and done, Dunkin rocks. However I've had unpleasant experiences with staff here on more than one occasion. Last time I came in, I ordered a latte and the employee proceeded to fulfill several orders that were taken AFTER mine - before even starting my latte - including another latte! When mine was finally ready, it was lukewarm at best. I used to work as a barista, so I understand pouring a few cups of coffee before moving onto the espresso machine orders...but this was ridiculous.

Love my Blueberry hot coffee and apple fritters. But I will say I don't like this site's apple fritters as much. For some reason instead of baking apples throughout they fill the middle with apple filling. Not the same!

The local Dunkin on Ogletown road. I used to be a regular here, especially for the Chicken salad. I felt the quality deteriorate in between, but it is better now. It has good seating facilities and is easily accessible. Have a few other shops including a Rite Aid nearby.

I like this location. Clean, prompt, and cheerful. I never get the sense that they are cutting corners. The iced coffee and cold brew are on point, as are the espresso drinks. My favorite is a small hot red-eye. Also, the medium Americano is a formidable drink. If you are a Starbucks fanboy who hasn't been by Dunkin for a while, you should stop by for a dark roast or espresso drink; you and your wallet may be pleasantly surprised.

Awesome representatives. Kudos to them. Excellent customer service they go above and beyond their service.

My visit was a great experience. The vegan breakfast sandwich taste better than expected. Please try it!

Favorite coffee.

This Dunkin Donuts is unsafe to eat at. I accidentally grabbed another customers coffee. I had taken a sip of that coffee when I realized it was the wrong one. And not only did the staff member attempt to take the coffee from me and give my drunken coffee back to the correct customer but the manager came out and attempted to do the same thing. Well I readily admit to grabbing the wrong coffee the reason was that I have been waiting for several minutes for my coffee which was nowhere to be seen and the person whose coffee I'd taken was several customers after I had placed my order so was an honest mistake. It is very disturbing to think that the store would like to serve coffee that another customer had touched in drunken from without remaking it for the customer and it was absolutely appalling and embarrassing how badly they made me feel for this experience.

This is a clean place, I love that the seating is near windows. I love there vanilla chai, and the maple crescent breakfast sandwich. Nice.

(1/11/18 @ 2:06pm) Waited to take my lunch break after 2pm in order to get $2 any size latte special. I confirmed with the staff that lattes were $2 after 2pm, and big promo sign in store also confirmed the same. It was 2:06pm. They rang up my latte and I went to pay with my debit card. They told me I had to wait 12 minutes in order to pay with my card and if I didn't want to wait then I would have to pay full price. Since it was my lunch break I didn't have time to wait and didn't have time to go elsewhere. I ended up paying full price. I was not happy. Turns out the latte wasn't made well in top of that. Very disappointing.
